Analysis and design of service and manufacturing systems. Topics include quality management, product and service design, process selection and capacity planning, design of work systems, inventory management, aggregate planning, material requirements planning, scheduling, waiting line model, just-in-time systems, and supply chain management. 3 credits Prerequisite: ACC Major, BUS Major, DAS Major or ISE Major: BUS 215 or AMS 102 or AMS 310 for non-business majors, and BUS 220 .
